Remote Director, Executive Events & Experience Strategy

Humana is seeking a Director, Event Strategy & Experience to Own the enterprise event strategy and portfolio, lead a team of event planners, and serve as advisor to executives. The role manages significant budgets, negotiates contracts, and ensures events align with corporate priorities. The position is fully remote within the U.S. with up to 40% travel, reports to the VP of Associate Communications, and will lead 4-5 direct reports while driving governance and ROI across programs.
