Key responsibilities:
Own the live ops data process end to end, including planning, tracking, coordination, validation, and merging to production
Manage the live ops calendar, ensuring updates and external communications are timely and accurate for all stakeholders
Act as the team's first responder on live issues, tracking and escalating as necessary while keeping all parties informed
Required qualifications:
5+ years of production experience on mobile F2P live-service products
2+ years as a key stakeholder on Production, Development Director, or Live Ops teams
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong skills with Microsoft Office and similar tools, with a quick learning ability for new tools
Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to spotting and correcting errors
