Major responsibilities include reflecting the company's mission and values in developing and maintaining professional working relationships, ensuring compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulations, and company policies, overseeing client care, ensuring onboarding, supervision, evaluation, training, assignment and discharge of staff, mentoring and supervising staff, overseeing the compensation policies, implementing assigned location's safety programs, participating in strategic company growth and performance improvement measures, monitoring key financial indicators, and managing work assignments effectively. Physical/environmental demands include primarily office work that requires frequent sitting, standing, bending, and stretching, driving or using public transportation in all types of weather, and moving up to 20 pounds occasionally. Qualifications include currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program and currently licensed in the state of Minnesota; currently licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota and registered with the Board of Medical practice, proof of negative Tuberculosis testing, access to a dependable automobile, a valid driver's license and proof of car insurance, U.S. Citizenship or evidence of valid Alien Work Permit, passing initial and ongoing background studies and screenings, and disclosing any conviction and criminal history records pertaining to any crime related to the provision of health services. Skills and experience include five years of progressive experience in a health care setting with management experience required, critical thinking skills, the ability to follow standards/procedures, and make appropriate clinical judgments to support the provision of safe client care, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, adapt to change, and manage a variety of assignments while establishing priorities and ensuring the necessary duties are completed, excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal communication and teaching skills, ability to mentor and develop leadership and employees for assigned location, basic computer skills and willing to learn new software programs, experience with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Outlook preferred, and current CPR certification highly recommended. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $100,000 - $118,000 per year plus qualifies for a bonus incentive program. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
