Experienced Car Wash Manager

Responsibilities: -Manage and oversee daily car wash operations-Hire, train, and manage your team-Maintain a safe and clean work environment-Manage and oversee car wash equipment-Check car wash equipment and schedule repairs if necessary-Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies are available for daily operations-Handle customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner-Prepare and maintain financial reports including daily sales reports, inventory reports, and otherrelevant data Requirements-3 years management experience-Strong leadership skills and ability to take constructive criticism.-Excellent customer service skills, knows how to deescalate demanding situations.-Strong organizational and time management skills, with diligence.-Ability to work in a challenging environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.-Proven history of managing successful business with a challenging environment.-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. We offer competitive salaries, benefit packages, and bonuses.
