Brand Representative

Paid training, weekly pay, and no marketing experience required. The one catch: this job happens in person, talking with people, every day. As a Brand Representative at Great Lakes Outreach, you'll represent nonprofit fundraising campaigns in person. It's field marketing: speaking for a cause face to face, not online. Our team is based at our office in Waukesha, and campaign work takes you to locations around Greater Milwaukee. You'll approach members of the public, explain the cause, answer their questions, and invite interested people to sign up as supporters or donors. Pay$600 to $700 base per week, plus $50 to $100 commission per completed sign-up. Expected starting income is $800 to $1,200 per week, depending on performance.

How you'll learn Training is paid, and it doesn't stop after week one. You'll have daily training sessions, team meetings, and group evaluations where we talk through what's working, what isn't, and how to handle the questions people actually ask. We also make time to learn about the causes you represent, so every conversation comes from real understanding. And we share honest numbers, so you always know where you stand. Where it can lead As you build consistent results, you can take on more: coaching newer teammates, leading team training and public speaking, and then gaining exposure to recruiting, client communication, and campaign operations. Each step is earned through performance, with no set timeline. Who this suits You don't need a marketing degree or sales experience. Retail, hospitality, customer service, and campus or volunteer experience all help. What matters is that you're comfortable talking with people you haven't met, you show up reliably, you're open to feedback, and you're motivated by goals you can measure.
