Retail Real Estate Counsel, Strategy & Growth Lead

Tailored Brands, Inc. seeks a Sr Director, Sr Real Estate Counsel to lead the retail store portfolio’s real estate legal function across the U.S. and Canada. You will draft, review, and negotiate leases, LOIs, amendments, and related documents with landlords and brokers while supervising the Real Estate Counsel team for timely delivery. You will partner with SVP Real Estate & Construction, Real Estate Directors, and cross-functional teams in deals strategy, store growth, remodels, and closures.
