Senior RFIC Design Engineer: Switch/LNA for Front-End Modules

Qorvo, Inc. in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Switch/LNA/RF IC Design Engineer to design GaAs/SOI/SiGe/CMOS based switches and LNA/RF ICs for Front End Modules. Work with marketing and module designers to define the IC and integrate into modules. You will use HFSS, Cadence and ADS for design and simulations, build laminates for evaluation, perform RF measurements with VNA and spectrum analyzers, and guide production readiness to ensure smooth volume manufacturing.
