All Access Media is seeking an experienced, highly organized operational leader to work directly with its Founder & CEO. This executive will oversee internal operations, people management, staffing, and administrative infrastructure across a growing portfolio of media production, live programming, and branded content projects. The ideal candidate combines the judgment of a senior executive with the willingness to handle hands‑on operational responsibilities.
Role Description:
1. Human resources & staffing Manage recruitment, onboarding, contractor agreements, renewals, performance reviews, staffing allocations, and personnel matters.
2. Company operations Oversee daily business operations across offices and production teams. Establish processes, manage vendors, and ensure deadlines and commitments are met.
3. Executive support & logistics Coordinate travel, accommodations, meetings, executive scheduling, and business logistics. Oversee administrative support rather than personally handling every booking.
4. Financial & administrative oversight Track contractor costs, operating budgets, invoices, expenses, and vendor payments in coordination with accounting.
5. Production & client coordination
6. CEO's strategic priorities Translate your decisions into action, manage special projects, follow up with department leads, and provide concise operational updates.
Qualifications:
8–15 years of experience in operations, business management, or executive leadership.
Background in media production, broadcast, entertainment, or a creative agency preferred.
Proven experience managing employees and independent contractors across multiple locations.
Strong understanding of budgets, vendor contracts, HR processes, and operational systems.
Highly discreet, resourceful, decisive, and comfortable working directly with a founder
