Key responsibilities: Maintain project schedules and track deliverables using tools like Jira and Google Workspace Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage client communications to ensure project success Oversee onsite operations during events, including load-ins and technical rehearsalsRequired qualificationsDemonstrable project coordination or production experience within an interactive agency or live events firm Direct experience leading experiential projects from concept through installation Strong understanding of production lifecycles, including digital content and AV integration Experience managing project budgets and vendor relationships effectively Proven ability to mentor and guide team members while maintaining high delivery standards
