This role will ensure accurate, complete, and validated master and transactional data migration from legacy systems such as People Soft, BAAN, and Infor LN into SAP S/4HANA across all project

Required Skills: 10+ years of overall experience with 4+ years in SAP data migration and data quality initiatives using Syniti. Strong hands-on experience with Syniti (data migration, data quality, validation)Experience in data mapping (source to target, column-level)Prior experience migrating data from People Soft, BAAN, or Infor LN to SAP.Knowledge of SAP data objects (Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance)Experience in data cleansing, de-duplication, standardization Ability to perform data reconciliation (source vs target)Experience supporting SAP ERP / S/4HANA implementations. Strong understanding of master data, transactional data, and data governance concepts. Strong SQL and data analysis skills; ability to perform reconciliation and validation independently. Experience working with business data owners and stewards. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
