Guest Services Sales Support

Position Summary: As a Guest Services Sales Support team member, you will help create a welcoming, efficient experience for guests while supporting sales and service goals. You will be a visible presence in the guest journey—answering questions, helping resolve issues, and guiding customers toward the right options based on their needs. This role blends guest-focused service with sales support. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information, smooth operations, and consistent follow-through, contributing to both customer satisfaction and revenue performance.

Required Qualifications: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of people. Demonstrated ability to support sales or service initiatives in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. Reliable attendance and readiness to work full-time onsite in San Antonio, TX.Basic numeracy and comfort handling transactions or information with attention to accuracy. Ability to learn processes quickly and maintain professionalism during busy or high-volume periods.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in guest services, customer support, retail, or sales support roles. Familiarity with handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns using established processes. Experience working with teams to meet service standards and performance goals. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high-quality guest experience. Prior experience in an education, community services, or customer-focused environment is a plus.
