This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing cases from start to finish, and takes pride in providing exceptional support to attorneys and clients.
Responsibilities:
Support attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation Manage and maintain case files, records, and legal documents Draft, organize, and electronically file pleadings and court documents Conduct legal and factual research as needed Coordinate court dates, deadlines, depositions, mediations, and hearings Manage attorney calendars and scheduling Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel Assist with discovery, trial preparation, and other litigation-related matters
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 4+ years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience Prior personal injury litigation experience required Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work overtime when needed
