Guest Experience Champion Lobby Concierge

Rapport Guest Services is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to warmly greet guests, clients, vendors, tourists and tenants at the lobby and reception center, delivering a memorable experience every interaction. You will act as a hospitality resource, memorize VIP profiles, and help escort guests while maintaining a professional, approachable demeanor and strong service standards at all times.
