Mechanical Assembler We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble, test, and inspect precision rotary unions used in a wide range of industrial applications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in building high-quality products in a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble rotary unions and related products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and assembly procedures
  • Perform functional testing, pressure testing, and final inspections to verify product performance and quality
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, bills of materials, and work orders
  • Use hand tools, torque tools, measuring instruments, and test equipment safely and accurately
  • Identify and report quality issues, damaged components, or assembly discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
  • Assist with troubleshooting assembly and test issues while working closely with engineering and production teams
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety procedures
Qualifications:
  • RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision mechanical components
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and assembly instructions
  • Basic computer skills for production reporting and documentation
  • PreferredExperience assembling hydraulic, pneumatic, or rotating mechanical equipment
  • Familiarity with pressure testing, leak testing, and precision measuring instruments
  • Experience working within an ISO 9001 or similar quality management system
  • Forklift or overhead crane experience (or willingness to obtain certification)
