Fortegra in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Liability Coverage Counsel to serve as a key legal and technical resource within the Claims division, guiding complex insurance coverage matters across commercial liability claims. Reporting to the Chief Claims Officer, you will partner with claims, underwriting, product, and other internal stakeholders to evaluate coverage, interpret policy language, manage coverage disputes, and support high-exposure resolutions and litigated claims.
