Experienced press operators may be considered for direct hire. Qualified candidates may also start temp-to-hire. Candidates with strong machine operating, mechanical, or manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply. Schedule Options: A Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PMA Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PMB Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 2:00 PM-10:30 PMB Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM-10:30 PMB Shift Differential: +$0.50/hrMandatory overtime, including weekends, may be required during peak production periods.
What You'll Do: Set up and operate digital printing presses. Monitor print quality, color, registration, and alignment. Adjust machine settings and materials. Perform routine cleaning, inspections, and minor troubleshooting. Follow production specifications and safety procedures. Monitor production and identify quality issues.
What We're Looking For:
  • Digital press or commercial printing experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing, machine operating, or complex equipment experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good attention to detail and quality.
  • Comfortable with computers and machine interfaces.
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
