Overview: Established CDL‑A truck driving teams are invited to join USATruck, a Certified Top Pay Carrier. Teams bring their experience to earn $110,000+ annually (per driver) with a $0.86 CPM split and additional rates for hazmat and bonus opportunities. Compensation & Bonuses$110,000+ annual earning potential (per team driver) $0.86 CPM split between team drivers 0.04 CPM Hazmat bonus for loads with proper endorsements Up to 6,000+ miles per week 95% no‑touch freight 60% drop and hook Long haul tenure reward Quarterly bonus – earn an additional $0.05 CPM each quarter Up to $3,000 in driver referral bonuses for qualified referrals

Requirements: At least 21 years of age 6+ months CDL‑A driving experience required No DUI, DWI, or moving violations involving drugs or alcohol in the last 3 years Stable work history Valid CDL‑A and medical card Team Division Leader plans all trucks to ensure miles.
