Front Desk Associate

Location: Elmwood Park, NJ

Schedule: Full-Time OR Part-Time | Monday–Friday 8:30AM–7PM, Saturday 9AM–5PMAbout UsDTF Jersey is a fast-growing custom apparel and printing company based in Elmwood Park. What You’ll Do: As our Front Desk Associate, you’ll be the first face customers see when they walk into our store. You’ll help manage orders, answer phones, organize pickups, and keep things running smoothly at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers with a smile Answer phone calls and respond to messages professionally Help manage and track orders Schedule and organize order pickups Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area Support team with light admin tasks and customer inquiries Provide product and service information when needed Help with blank organizations and refilling
