Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a mid-level complex commercial litigation associate with at least 4 years of experience in commercial litigation and/or judicial clerkship to join their Seattle, WA office. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Duties:
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
Draft and review legal documents and pleadings.
Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery and trial preparation.
Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of commercial litigation experience or judicial clerkship.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Excellent law school credentials; law review experience preferred.
Former judicial clerks preferred.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Admitted to practice law in Washington State.
