Job Description: Looking for a skilled TIG Welder who can bring precision and excellence to metal fabrication? This exciting opportunity for a TIG Welder offers a chance to work on stainless steel and a variety of metals, demonstrating your expertise in a demanding and rewarding environment. As a key member of the team, the TIG Welder will interpret blueprints, set up and operate welding equipment, inspect welds for quality, and follow safety protocols. If you have a passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail, this role is perfect for you!
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of TIG welding experience
  • Proficient in welding stainless steel and thin-gauge materials
  • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret welding symbols
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety standards
  • Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in fabrication and assembly of metal parts
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Preferred Education and Experience: Relevant technical training or certification in welding preferred Proven track record of delivering high-quality welds in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
  • Welding test required (50% markup / 480 hours)
  • Monday-Thursday schedule, 6AM-4:30PM, with occasional Friday overtime
  • Must maintain a clean and organized work area
