Mental Health Social Worker - Community Care Advocate

Acacia Network in New York is seeking a Social Worker to coordinate mental health services for clients, including assessments, referrals, and therapy as needed. The role requires a Master of Social Work from an accredited program, at least two years of post‐graduate experience, and DHS shelter‐environment experience.
