Mining Estimating Manager | Bids & Strategy Leader

MasTec Industrial is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead all bids from the office focused on mining projects. You will drive estimating strategy, build detailed cost models, and oversee a team of estimators and schedulers. The role requires 10+ years in estimating with supervisory experience, reading complex drawings, and proficiency with InEight, Blue-Beam, Navisworks, and MS Project. Travel up to 50% is possible.
