Responsibilities: Obtain electronic medical records from provider platforms and copy service systems to support quality and risk adjustment activities. Prepare and send provider outreach letters requesting documentation needed for assigned initiatives. Enter, update, and verify information in tracking tools and internal systems with a high level of accuracy. Research provider and record status information across web-based and internal resources to resolve gaps or delays. Place outbound calls to provider offices when needed to remove barriers and improve record retrieval progress. Assist with onboarding and training contingent staff during high-volume periods and share process guidance. Help maintain reference materials and job aids for provider systems and record retrieval workflows. Participate in quality review activities by checking work completed by contingent team members for accuracy and completeness. Manage assigned tasks within established deadlines and support additional project needs as directed by leadership.
