Staff Content Designer, UX Platform AI Design Systems

Etsy, Inc. is seeking a Staff Content Designer for the UX Platform to lead language strategy across multiple squads. You will shape the content framework for Collage, define voice guidelines, and drive AI-enabled, on-brand copy practices across the design system and product surfaces. You will collaborate with Studio, Systems, and UX AI Enablement to ensure content quality at scale, mentor peers, and evolve how content is governed within Etsy.
