Nurse Practitioner

WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality patient care within our Colorado healthcare & medical services network. In this collaborative, team-oriented role, you’ll perform assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and educate patients across diverse clinical settings. Provide comprehensive primary and specialty care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning Obtain medical histories, perform physical exams, and order/interpret diagnostic tests Develop and manage evidence-based treatment plans and prescribe medications within scope of practice Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to coordinate high-quality patient care Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, preventive care, and self-management Document all patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) and ensure regulatory compliance Participate in quality improvement initiatives and follow clinical protocols and best practices Maintain current licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements Patient assessment Clinical diagnosis Chronic disease management Acute care management Prescriptive authority/pharmacology Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation Ordering and interpreting labs/imaging Patient and family education Care coordination Evidence-based practice Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in practicing state National NP certification (AANP or ANCC) BLS certification; ACLS preferred DEA registration for prescriptive authority (as applicable)
