Remote Customer Success Specialist - Auto Finance

Caribou is seeking a proactive Customer Success Specialist to manage inbound communications, handle complaints, and assist with Pending Lender Approvals. You will answer calls and emails, provide accurate responses, log interactions in internal systems, escalate issues when needed, and coordinate with other teams to ensure consistent service. Remote/hybrid options are available across several states, including IL, CO, AZ.
