Associate Attorney

Responsibilities: Handle a mixed caseload spanning products liability litigation and cryptocurrency-related arbitrations Manage cases from discovery through resolution, including motion practice, depositions, and hearing/arbitration preparation Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, and arbitration submissions Collaborate directly with clients across both practice areas Coordinate with outside experts and co-counsel as needed

Qualifications: 3–6 years of litigation experience Products liability experience preferred but not required — general litigators with strong fundamentals will be trained on the specific subject matter Strong writing, research, and analytical skills Ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple matters and clients Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Salary: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Remote work flexibility
