Nextpower seeks a Patent Agent to partner with engineers and leaders to identify potentially patentable inventions and describe them in writing. You will oversee and review outside counsel drafts of US patent applications, conduct prior-art searches, and coordinate international patent prosecution to support strategic protection of Nextpower's portfolio. With a focus on practical IP processes, you will help evaluate existing portfolios and guide continuations, design protection, or broaden claim
