Librarian/Media Specialist

Arthur CUSD #305 is currently accepting applications for an opening for a Librarian/Media Specialist for the 2026-2027 school year. Description and Qualifications: The Library Media Specialist provides each student with an enriched library environment containing a wide variety of materials and resources designed to promote intellectual curiosity and growth. This position supports students and staff in developing the skills necessary to effectively access and utilize library and media center resources. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, previewing, selecting, and overseeing the ordering and processing of new library acquisitions in accordance with district policy, work cooperatively with faculty to share resources and provide assistance as needed, and responding promptly and courteously to library resource inquiries by students and faculty.
