Location: 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Houston, TX 77033

Duration: 1 year contract with the possibility of another year extension

Shift Schedule: 1st Shift 7:30am-4:00pm | 2nd Shift 3:30pm-12:00am | 3rd Shift 11:30pm-8:00am (24/7 coverage)Credentialing / Onboarding time: 6 weeks to 8 weeks

Certifications: Trade-specific AC/HVAC operator license/certification Experience needed: Minimum 5 years' experience in A/C Equipment Operator with commercial or hospital experience Special Skills needed: Operation/monitoring of Computer-Based Building Automation System (CBBAS) and chiller plant (centrifugal chillers, pumps, cooling towers)Ability to independently troubleshoot/repair After-hours emergent response

Responsibilities: Operate/monitor CBBAS and chiller plant 24/7 Perform routine surveillance/trending/analysis of system parameters Preventive/corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment Respond to emergent HVAC/refrigeration calls incl. after-hours Maintain operating logs, PM records, alarm histories Misc: Exercises independent judgment for chiller plant start-up/shutdown; sole responsibility for engineering emergent situations outside normal hours
