From scrubbing equipment to organizing utensils and ensuring food is stored and rotated just right, you're the guardian of cleanliness and order in our kitchen kingdom. Key Skills/Responsibilities Cleaning Champions: Keep the kitchen shining by cleaning dishes, scrubbing pots, sweeping floors, and taking out the trash making every corner fresh and fabulous for the whole team! Organization Pros: Replace all clean china, glass, and silver in their proper storage spots (with careno breakage here!)Team Spirits: Bring your best smile, connect with guests and teammates (sometimes solo!), and jump into any task with a can-do, flexible attitudebecause every day brings something new and awesome! Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, and/or relevant experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate and select among alternative actions quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to perform effectively in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Capacity to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
