Seeking a motivated and technically sharp Solutions Engineer for API Integration, this full-time remote role will manage the end-to-end API integration lifecycle, collaborating with engineering and account teams to deliver successful implementations for various partners.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical resource for partners, overseeing the API integration process from onboarding to production launch
Guide partners through the adoption of Yelp's various APIs, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
Monitor integration health and troubleshoot complex issues, while collaborating with internal teams to enhance API adoption
Required qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar technical client-facing role
Hands-on experience with API integrations, including knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and common integration challenges
Proven ability to manage multiple partner integrations simultaneously
Experience in building processes and documentation for integration playbooks
Familiarity with advertising or marketing APIs is preferred
