Ascentium Titling Specialist

Primary Responsibilities: Conducts Verbal Verifications on title estimates with customers Conducts Vin searches when necessary Calls DMV's to get more information on a State Handles the scanning of documents Retrieves, scans, and delivers mail Handles UPS shipments when necessary Receives and distributes packages Maintains reports and follows up on title processing Calls customers to inquire about the status of a title This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED One (1) year of customer service experience Skills and Competencies Ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to learn additional systems as needed Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts Ability to work in a team environment when applicable Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills Strong work ethic and self-motivation This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Job Range Target: Minimum: $41,902.50 USD Median: $49,883.40 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This job is not incentive eligible.
