The clinic addresses the needs of a multilingual population with a high prevalence of complex comorbidities and oncology-related conditions, supported by on-site medical assistants, registered nurses, and licensed practical nurses. Clinical workflows are structured to support consistent and coordinated primary care delivery throughout the assignment period.

About the Facility Location: The assignment area is a coastal destination offering a range of entertainment, cultural, and recreational attractions suited to varied interests. Highlights include the Steel Pier, the Absecon Lighthouse - the tallest lighthouse in New Jersey - an indoor waterpark at the Showboat, and Gardner's Basin with waterfront dining and boat cruises. The area's entertainment scene features casino resorts with live performances and comedy venues, complemented by a four-mile Boardwalk and public transit options including a jitney service and Boardwalk tram. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population at an on-site clinic, working 40 hours per week on a day shift schedule Monday through Saturday, with flexible scheduling options including four 10-hour shifts. Appointment blocks are currently 15 minutes and are scheduled to transition to 30-minute blocks upon new clinician arrival; administrative time is incorporated into the schedule. The patient population consists of adults with a high prevalence of complex comorbidities, oncology-related conditions, and multilingual backgrounds - primarily Spanish, Haitian Creole, and Hindi - and clinicians must be comfortable utilizing translation services. Clinical documentation is managed through EPIC; board certification, DEA registration, and prescriptive authority are required, and experience with oncology patients is preferred.
