Location: St. Louis, Missouri Job Type: Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time)
Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on certification & experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, with openings in the following time slots: Midday: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm (Up to 20h/week) Evening: 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm (Up to 25h/week)

Our services include ABA therapy, social skills groups, school-readiness preparation, tutoring, early literacy training, and parent and professional training. Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
  • Create program materials as needed
  • Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors
  • Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary
  • Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
  • Attend therapist trainings and team meetings
Qualifications:
  • Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover certification costs)
  • Experience working with children preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance
  • Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
