Medication Care Specialist (CMT) | AM/PM Shifts

428 Healthcare is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to assist residents with medications and daily care in a Florida community setting. The CMT will ensure safe administration of prescribed medications, maintain MAR records, and support ADLs, dining, and activities as part of a team dedicated to resident well‐being and confidentiality. Position requires compliance with state/federal guidelines and ongoing training.
