About the Role: The Company is seeking a Head of Corporate Development to spearhead its M&A strategy, with a focus on building a proactive origination engine and developing long-term relationships within the wealth management market. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the firm's corporate development and M&A strategy, leading the process from opportunity origination to execution, and will be expected to work closely with the senior leadership team, private equity sponsor, and Board. This role is pivotal in the company's growth, particularly in the context of a selective, high-quality acquisition strategy that aligns with the firm's strategic, financial, and cultural objectives. Candidates for the Head of Corporate Development position should have a strong background in M&A, with a proven track record in originating and executing transactions. Relevant experience may include corporate development within wealth management or financial services, private equity, investment banking, or related sectors with similar M&A dynamics. The role requires a professional with strong financial, valuation, and transaction skills, as well as the ability to operate autonomously and partner effectively with a senior executive team. An entrepreneurial, relationship-led approach is essential, with a focus on the quality of transactions rather than quantity.
