Government Proposal Manager (Remote)

We're seeking a Proposal Manager to join our Health/Science team—someone who thrives in a highly collaborative environment and enjoys bringing people and ideas together to tell a compelling story. Lead the Health/Science proposal process, including quality control and development of on-brand deliverables, such as proposals, statements of qualifications, and other pursuit-related materials. The Health/Science Proposal Manager owns the proposal process, working in partnership with the Health/Science Marketing Director and Principal-in-Charge and with support from Marketing Coordinators. Building on insights gathered through pre-positioning, the Proposal Manager develops high-quality, compelling proposals and pursuit materials that demonstrate an understanding of client needs and strategically position Treanor for selection. Coordinate multiple concurrent pursuits, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and compliant deliverablesWrite, edit, and develop compelling proposals, statements of qualifications, and other client-facing materialsContribute to interview preparation, including messaging, content development, and coordination with pursuit teamsTranslate complex technical information into clear, persuasive contentMaintain and update proposal content libraries, including resumes, project sheets, and boilerplatePartner with graphic designers to develop engaging, on-brand visual materialsCapture and document pursuit data in Deltek Vantagepoint to support firm knowledge and future effortsStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with exceptional attention to detail~ Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft 365; experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications preferred~ Openness to using AI tools to improve efficiency and support content development and proposal strategy~ Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, English, business, or a related field~ Availability to travel periodically A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, degree, relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
