Real Estate investment and management company is hiring a Paralegal to join their Westchester County, NY office. The ideal candidate is an analytical and diligent professional with: A Paralegal Studies degree, preferred 5+ years of commercial leasing real estate experience Retail leasing experience, strongly preferred Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Draft and abstract various lease agreements
- Perform due diligence for real estate transactions
- Review title and survey for commercial properties
- Assist with additional tasks, as needed

Salary:
