VP, Senior Living Construction & Preconstruction

Plante Moran Realpoint, LLC is seeking a VP of Construction Development/preconstruction and Construction Management to lead multimillion-dollar senior living projects from ideation to completion, based in the Chicago metro area with frequent site visits. You will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and lenders, manage budgets and timelines, and drive project success through proactive risk management and stakeholder communication.
