The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Building Envelope Superintendent to join the delivery team on a major hyperscale data center project in Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee one of the most critical aspects of mission-critical construction, ensuring the facility is fully protected against water, air, and environmental ingress. Working on a high-profile data center development, you'll lead specialist subcontractors and drive quality across all building envelope activities from start to finish. The Role: As the Building Envelope Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all building envelope works, ensuring every component is installed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. You'll play a key role in delivering a fully sealed, weather-tight facility capable of supporting critical infrastructure and maintaining the stringent environmental requirements expected within hyperscale data centers.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee all day-to-day building envelope construction activities from installation through completion. Manage waterproofing systems, vapour barriers, and below-grade sealing to achieve zero-leak performance. Supervise the installation of large-scale roofing systems, including membrane, metal, and liquid-applied solutions. Coordinate façade, cladding, rainscreen, architectural glazing, and storefront installations. Ensure all penetrations and interfaces are correctly detailed and installed to maintain building integrity. Manage thermal performance and airtightness testing to meet project specifications. Lead specialist subcontractors including roofing, cladding, glazing, and waterproofing contractors. Monitor project progress, maintain schedules, and proactively resolve site issues. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Clients to achieve key project milestones.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Superintendent within commercial or mission-critical construction. Previous mission-critical construction experience is essential. Data center construction experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of building envelope systems including roofing, waterproofing, façades, cladding, glazing, and air barrier installations. Experience managing specialist subcontractors on fast-paced construction projects. Excellent understanding of quality assurance, sequencing, scheduling, and construction safety. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work onsite in Indiana. What's on Offer?
