Legal Operations & Analytics Specialist

First Citizens Bank is seeking a Legal Operations professional to manage legal technology, analytics, and reporting within a hybrid role based in Raleigh or Charlotte, NC. You will administer CounselLink, build Power BI dashboards, and partner with IT, Finance, FP&A, and outside counsel to optimize processes. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in Legal Operations or related finance reporting, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.
