Maintenance Technician – Mechanical/Electrical

Hourly Pay: $24 - 35 /Hr + Full benefits package Job Summary A well-established transportation operations and maintenance company is seeking hands-on Maintenance Technicians to support the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems. Previous rail or automated transportation experience is not required. Training on site-specific systems, tools, and procedures will be provided.

Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and system components Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical issues Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Respond to equipment or operational issues during assigned shifts Complete maintenance records and work-order documentation Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures

Qualifications: Hands-on experience in automotive repair, industrial maintenance, electrical work, mechanical maintenance, equipment repair, or a related field Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred Equivalent technical or hands-on experience will be considered in place of a degree Ability and willingness to learn new systems and procedures through OJTFlexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends Must be able to complete required pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug screening The company offers a stable, long-term career opportunity with technical training and opportunities to expand your mechanical and electrical skills.
