Key responsibilities:
Advise on the full budget lifecycle, covering strategic planning, budget formulation, execution, and management reporting
Own budget policy alignment to ensure compliance with OMB Circular A-11 and federal financial management regulations
Lead sessions to capture current-state processes and turn them into functional requirements for OneStream designs
Required qualifications:
7+ years in federal financial management with experience in budget formulation and execution
Solid knowledge of PPBE, OMB A-11, and the GPRA Modernization Act
Experience in turning budget policy into functional requirements for enterprise systems
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
