Latitude is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join its in-house legal team in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. This hybrid, full-time role puts you at the heart of sophisticated M&A and corporate transactions. You will manage due diligence, virtual data rooms, closing binders, corporate governance, and multi-jurisdiction filings while collaborating with attorneys, business leaders, and outside counsel.
