Seeking a Washington Licensed Litigation Attorney to join a fully remote team in Seattle, this position will manage complex litigation matters involving insurance coverage and consumer financial services, providing significant responsibility and hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload in insurance coverage and consumer financial services litigation
Develop and implement litigation strategies for complex cases in state and federal courts
Conduct legal research, drafting, and analysis to support case development and client representation
Required qualifications:
Admission to the Washington State Bar in good standing
5+ years of experience in civil litigation in state and federal courts
Experience in insurance coverage litigation or consumer financial services litigation
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
