Utilize various systems and tools to support underwriting areas and ensure accurate information collection
Deliver exceptional customer service by providing product/process support and maintaining clear communication
Required qualifications:
Strong customer service and call center experience
Proficiency in computer systems, including data entry and Microsoft products
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with regular attendance
Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
Access to high-speed internet and residence in the United States or Puerto Rico
