Housing Rehab & Weatherization Technician I

Genesee County Housing Division is seeking an inspector to support the Home Improvement and Weatherization Programs. Responsibilities include inspections, energy audits, cost estimates, and ensuring adherence to MDHHS and HUD rules. Requires an associate degree in building/construction technology, construction management, engineering, or related field, or two years of related construction experience. A valid driver’s license and certifications must be obtained within 6–9 months.
