Key responsibilities:
Review and label content, flagging imminent-risk cases for escalation
Serve as the primary resource for edge cases and escalations from Junior Specialists
Support the development and quality assurance of the Junior Specialists through feedback and training
Required qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in law enforcement or a related field
Training in crisis intervention, threat assessment, or violent crime
Experience reviewing violent content or credible threats
Proven experience in mentoring, training, or leading others
Ability to commit to a fixed evening schedule
