What You'll Do:
Drive longitudinal asset development from IND-enabling studies through commercial strategy.
Manage cross-functional operations with clinical, translational, regulatory, CMC, and commercial experts.
Engage external partners, vendors, and investors to advance the asset.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in biotech or pharma program management, portfolio strategy, or consulting.
Fluency with AI as a multiplier of human judgment and creativity.
Emotionally intelligent, humble, and analytically rigorous with a founder mentality.
